Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Drive execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives on behalf of the Directors.
- Serve as a business partner on operational decision-making, performance tracking, and functional excellence.
- Translate vision and goals into action plans, tracking and reporting progress across the leadership team.
Brand & Business Strategy
Oversee and refine brand positioning in alignment with business growth and customer insight.Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure brand integrity and market consistency.Own brand-led initiatives including launches, rebranding, or expansion into new customer segments.New Initiatives & Business Building
Incubate and lead new business initiatives from concept to execution.Evaluate new markets, product verticals, or operating models in collaboration with the leadership team.Support global expansion or diversification where applicable.People Leadership & Hiring
Build, lead, and mentor a team of staff managers supporting various verticals (ops, analytics, brand, etc.).Drive senior-level hiring decisions in collaboration with HR and department heads.Cultivate a high-performance, ownership-led culture across all levels.Financial Stewardship
Work closely with finance and business heads to manage P&L oversight, budgeting, and unit economics.Optimize cost structure and efficiency across projects and teams.Own periodic business reviews with financial performance and goal alignment.
