Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dehradun for a MERN Faculty. The faculty member will be responsible for designing and delivering MERN stack training programs, creating course materials, mentoring students, and assessing their progress. Additional duties include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, troubleshooting coding issues, and fostering a dynamic learning environment for students.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MERN stack technologies (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Experience in teaching, mentoring, or training students in web development concepts.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, front-end, and back-end development methodologies.
• Ability to create comprehensive course materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
• Prior industry experience in software development is a plus.
• Passion for mentoring aspiring software developers and staying updated with the latest technology trends.
