Key Responsibilities / KRAs :

• Design, architect, and implement scalable database solutions for large-scale enterprise systems.
• Develop and optimize data models, schemas, and database designs to ensure data integrity, scalability, and performance.
• Manage and maintain cloud-based databases leveraging AWS services such as Aurora, RDS, and S3.
• Implement and support distributed database models (SQL & NoSQL) with focus on performance tuning and optimization.
• Build and maintain REST APIs using FastAPI to integrate database solutions with applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, DevOps, analytics) to deliver robust and efficient database-driven solutions.
• Ensure database security, compliance, backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring.
• Conduct performance analysis and implement optimization strategies for high availability and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to development teams on database design and data access patterns.
• Stay updated with emerging database technologies and integrate them into solutions where applicable.
