Title : Project Coordinator

Location : Ahmedabad Onsite

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting project execution, coordinating activities across teams, and ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities, along with a keen eye for process improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Organize meetings, track schedules, and manage resources essential for project execution.
  • Facilitate effective communication among internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update project documentation such as project plans, action items, and meeting minutes.
  • Track project progress, prepare status reports, and identify potential risks or delays.
  • Support the project manager in identifying, documenting, and resolving project issues or risks.
  • Communicate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and project management best practices.
  • Assist in tracking budgets, monitoring expenditures, and maintaining cost control.
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and delivery effectiveness.
  • Handle assigned assets responsibly and maintain confidentiality of credentials.
  • Report any potential data loss, breaches, or unauthorized access promptly.
  • Comply with organizational IT & Information Security policies and participate in cybersecurity training.
  • Use access rights responsibly and follow all security protocols in daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in project coordination or project administration.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365FO / CRM) is an advantage.

  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
