Interaction Designer

About the Role

We are seeking an Interaction Designer with hands-on experience designing AI-powered products . You will be responsible for translating user needs into intuitive, engaging, and functional interaction flows for applications where AI plays a central role. This role demands both a strong foundation in human-centered design principles and an understanding of how AI systems influence user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, AI engineers, and UX / UI designers to design seamless user interactions for AI-driven applications.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows that bring AI capabilities to life in a clear and human-friendly manner.
• Understand AI model behavior and constraints to design effective input / output experiences (e.g., prompt design, conversation flows, error states).
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and behavioral data.
• Ensure accessibility, ethical design, and trust-building in AI interactions.
• Advocate for a design process that considers explainability, transparency, and user control when working with AI features.
• Work with developers to ensure design intent is maintained through implementation.
