Rage Theory is a full-stack marketing firm on a mission to help ambitious brands scale smarter and faster. With our playbook “Rage Harder. Convert Smarter.” , we design data-backed, Gen Z-focused marketing strategies that actually deliver.

Now, we’re looking for a Graphic Design Intern to join our team and bring bold ideas to life.

What You’ll Do :

  • Design static posts, carousels, and reels for client campaigns.
  • Collaborate with our Social Media, Creative, and Performance teams.
  • Contribute fresh, Gen Z-driven concepts that resonate across industries (D2C, fashion, tech, lifestyle, and more).
  • Learn how design impacts real growth and performance.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Strong interest or hands-on skills in design (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma)
  • Understanding of social media aesthetics and trends
  • Creativity + attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work with a team
  • Prior portfolio (even small projects) is a bonus
