Job descriptionServe as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their business objectives and ensuring the delivery of high-quality paid media solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and strategic guidance. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of paid media analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide guidance on campaign strategy, optimization, and professional development. Oversee the development and execution of paid media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with client objectives and performance targets. Utilize industry best practices and emerging trends to enhance campaign effectiveness. Manage and optimize advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum return on investment. Provide financial oversight and reporting to stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics. Utilize data analytics tools to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and derive actionable insights. Translate data-driven insights into strategic recommendations for continuous improvement. Train and mentor junior analysts, providing guidance on campaign management best practices and analytical techniques. Foster a collaborative learning environment within the team. Prepare and deliver regular client presentations, showcasing campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations. Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and goals. Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, sales, and creative, to ensure cohesive and integrated strategies. Facilitate communication and alignment between teams to drive overall business success. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. Proven experience in a leadership role within the paid media advertising space. In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Affiliate Marketing, etc. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and trends. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
As a Paid Media Advertising Business Manager, you will lead and oversee the strategic direction and execution of paid media campaigns in the digital marketing landscape. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in paid media, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms. The Business Manager will play a pivotal role in driving campaign performance, client satisfaction, and team success.
