What You'll Actually Do

• Launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns focused on EMEA markets —from strategy to execution.
• Translate global messaging into localized campaigns that resonate and convert.
• Collaborate directly with founders, marketing leads, and creatives. No middle layers. No wasted time.
• Test. Optimize. Scale. Repeat. 'Good enough' doesn't live here.
• Own your numbers. We're obsessed with CAC, ROAS, LTV, CPL —because we build businesses, not vanity metrics.
