Risk and Regulatory Analyst

We are seeking a candidate to join our Global Customer Assessment Support Team, dedicated to supporting FICO’s Software customers with security audits and questionnaires.

The Business Operations -Analyst I is a member of an established, highly productive, and team-oriented team and will have a great opportunity to work across many departments within FICO, This role is highly cross-functional and will work with subject matter experts to gather information and documentation to respond to risk, regulatory, and compliance-related customer inquiries and assessments. This is a customer-facing role and requires exceptional customer service skills, strong project and time management skills, a foundational understanding of software operations, and knowledge of IT security and / or compliance assessments and best practices.

What You’ll Contribute

• Collaborate with different Software functional groups, including Product, Engineering, Security, Sales, Professional Services, and Legal to respond and fulfill customer assessments.
• Monitor the project queue for new assessment requests , checking for completeness and accuracy, and pre-qualify requests based on review of relevant contract(s)..
• Complete assigned customer assessment / audit projects, including accountable for end-to-end project management. This requires, schedules, completing questionnaires, reviewing with key stakeholder, fulfilling documentation requests, and other project deliverables.
• Support team members with the scheduling and facilitation of remote and onsite third-party vendor risk assessments / audits requested by FICO’s customers.
• Communicate project status to customers and internal stakeholders per external and internal SLAs, informing of any potential scheduling conflicts or general risks to the project.
