Role Overview
The Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving admissions, revenue growth, and student engagement for Interval SkillX. This role requires a dynamic communicator with proven experience in the EdTech sector, capable of understanding learner needs, counselling effectively, and confidently converting leads into course enrollments. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience selling upskilling or professional training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries and convert them into successful admissions.
- Counsel potential learners on course details, learning outcomes, and career pathways.
- Conduct daily follow-ups with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email to ensure consistent engagement.
- Achieve weekly and monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to evaluate lead quality and share insights for campaign improvements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Participate in webinars, events, and promotional activities as required.
- Provide feedback to enhance sales scripts, marketing campaigns, product offerings, and sales strategies.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3 years of sales experience , preferably in EdTech or the education / training sector.Proven track record in selling upskilling, certification, or professional development courses .Strong communication, negotiation, and counselling skills.Ability to understand student goals and recommend suitable training programs with empathy and confidence.Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in CRM tools, follow-up management, and digital communication channels.Skills Required
