Assistant Manager - Product and Research

Job descriptionWork closely with engineering teams to ensure the timely delivery of product features and enhancements. Coordinate and track the progress of product development activities, addressing any issues or roadblocks. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to iterate and improve the product. Support the product launch process, including coordinating marketing and promotional activities. Assist in creating product documentation, training materials, and other resources for internal teams and customers. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective product messaging and positioning. Collaborate with design and user experience teams to create intuitive and visually appealing product interfaces. Partner with customer support to address product-related inquiries and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction. Work closely with sales teams to provide product knowledge, training, and support during sales cycles. Monitor product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement. Analyze product usage data and conduct market research to identify opportunities for product growth and expansion. Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders, summarizing product performance and key insights.
