Role Overview
The IT Head will lead the overall technology strategy and digital infrastructure for ‘Shree Hari’ brand. This role will ensure smooth IT operations across manufacturing unit, retail stores, B2B channels, and e-commerce platforms, while driving digital transformation initiatives. A key focus will be on managing and streamline the SAP, POS and CRM system to improve data visibility, and enable growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. IT Strategy & Governance
- Define and execute the overall IT strategy aligned with business goals (retail, e-commerce, B2B, corporate and manufacturing unit).
- Establish IT policies, SOPs, security standards, and governance frameworks.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.
2. ERP & Business Systems Management
Lead the implementation, customization, and continuous improvement of SAP, POS, CRM for finance, supply chain, sales and manufacturing.Ensure seamless integration of SAP with POS, CRM, e-commerce, and third-party platforms.Partner with vendors & consultants for system upgrades, support, and optimization.3. IT Infrastructure & Operations
Oversee the company’s IT infrastructure (servers, network, cloud, cybersecurity).Ensure 24x7 uptime of critical applications including SAP, POS, e-commerce platforms.Implement IT security protocols, data backup, and disaster recovery systems.4. Retail & E-Commerce Technology Enablement
Support omnichannel retail by ensuring POS system stability and real-time data flow.Drive technology initiatives for enhancing online customer experience & analytics.Enable store-level technology support for smooth sales and customer engagement.5. Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide management with actionable insights.Promote data-driven decision-making across departments.Oversee data governance and accuracy in SAP and other systems.6. Vendor & Team Management
Manage IT vendors, service providers, and consultants ensuring cost-effective solutions.Build and lead a skilled IT team; conduct regular training to improve technical capabilities.Evaluate and negotiate contracts for IT products and services.7. Compliance & Security
Ensure compliance with data privacy and IT regulations .Implement cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive business and customer data.Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of SAP ERP,POS,CRM (implementation, customization, integration).Proficiency in IT infrastructure, networking, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.Understanding of retail, e-commerce, and B2B technology requirements.Vendor and project management expertise for large-scale IT rollouts.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Education & Experience
B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science / IT or equivalent; MBA in IT / Systems is a plus.10–15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably in retail, lifestyle, jewellery, or manufacturing industries.Proven expertise in SAP ,POS and CRM management and support.If you are interested please share your resume @ recruitment@shriharionline.com
