Performance Marketing (Meta / Google)

About the Role :

We're looking for a Performance Media Planner / Performance Marketing / Media Planning who can take charge of strategizing, executing, and optimizing ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube) platforms. You'll play a key role in driving results for our clients and internal brands.

What You'll Do :

• Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads .
• Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to build high-performing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for conversions, ROAS, and CPL.
• Conduct A / B testing on creatives, audience segments, and landing pages.
• Generate campaign performance reports and insights using analytics tools.
• Stay updated with trends and updates in digital advertising platforms.
