About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex AI and Engineering projects who will take full responsibility of the end-to-end lifecycle of the execution. The ideal candidate must be passionate about technology, is not afraid to get into technical details including coding, if necessary, and is structured a detail oriented in their Project Management approach and is an excellent communicator with a strong customer focus.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own Technical and Project execution from discovery - pilot - production - post-go-live
• Focuses on quality, schedule, and commercials of programs managed.
• Lead Requirements, planning, architecture, build, and deployment, in a fast paced agile lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, and business stakeholders) to ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all governance aspects of the project including executive steering committees and QBRs.
• Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and performance excellence.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adopt best practices in Agile / Scrum and DevOps environments.
• Will support pre sales teams with SoWs, estimations, staffing plans, demo scripts etc.
