Senior IT Systems Administrator

Position : Senior IT Systems Administrator

Location : Hyderabad

All 5 days' work from office

Relanto is looking for a skilled IT Systems Administrator who has experience working with Windows and MacOS Workspaces to join our Information Technology team. This person will be responsible for many of the core networks and systems that drive our IT tech stack and will work closely with our IT helpdesk and project managers within the business to ensure implementations and integrations run smoothly

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with members of the IT team, infosec team, and tech ops team to ensure all systems are maintained and running smoothly.
• Install, configure, and maintain server hardware, including rack and stack activities (mounting servers, cabling, and labeling).
• Configure and support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, group policies, and user account management.
• Partner with project owners in the business to ensure that any tasks required for our core IT systems as part of new initiatives or other system implementations are completed in a timely manner.
• Support and Maintain firewalls, antivirus, VPN, and endpoint security solutions.
• Support and maintain our internal network infrastructure
• Support and maintain our internal security tech stack
• Manage relationships with hardware and software vendors and service providers
• Support new IT projects or tickets requiring system administrator expertise for networking, email deliverability, security
• Perform support for software, hardware, and various infrastructure-related issues according to IT Services support policies and within SLA.
• Maintain problem status / resolution information in a ticketing database.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation, standard operating procedures, and system inventories.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and industry best practices.
