Key Responsibilities

• API Development & Design – Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs with best practices.
• Advanced Support (L3) – Provide high-level support for complex technical issues escalated from L1 and L2, including root cause analysis and timely fixes.
• Database Management – Work with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB) databases, optimizing queries for high performance.
• Cloud Integration – Build and integrate solutions using AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, IAM, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, and S3.
• Security Implementation – Ensure API security through OAuth, JWT, and other secure authentication methods.
• Collaboration – Work closely with front-end developers and cross-functional teams for seamless integration.
• System Design & Monitoring – Contribute to system design, leverage monitoring tools (Swagger, AWS X-Ray), and ensure best coding practices.
• Version Control & Documentation – Manage source code using Git workflows and document incidents, resolutions, and technical solutions.
