Job description

Job Title : Accounts, Finance, Exim, Treasury & Forex Specialist

Salary : Up to ₹15 LPA

Experience : Proven expertise in Accounts, Finance, Exim, DGFT, Forex Management, Treasury Operations, Budgeting, and Regulatory Compliance

Key Responsibilities :

Accounts & Balance sheet

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts as per statutory requirements.
  • Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage taxation, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audits.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
  • Develop financial reports and MIS for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory norms.
  • Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies as needed.

Forex & Treasury Operations

  • Strategically manage foreign currency exposure using financial instruments such as forwards and options.
  • Implement robust hedging strategies to minimize currency fluctuation risks, including natural hedges.
  • Oversee preparation and timely submission of UFCE (Underlying Foreign Currency Exposure) certificates.
  • Perform quarterly calculations for swap charges and divisional profit, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Handle due diligence documentation and quarterly regulatory reports under RBI guidelines.
  • Ensure full compliance with bank-related forex regulations under the Past Performance Forward Contract facility.

    • Budgeting & Financial Planning

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and manage annual master budgets.
  • Align departmental budgets with organizational goals through detailed historical analysis and forecasting.
  • Generate weekly variance analysis reports to identify gaps and drive corrective action.
  • Monitor fund allocation to optimize usage while maintaining financial discipline across departments.

    • Banking & Working Capital Efficiency

  • Manage mobilization of funds through PC, PCFC, EEFC accounts and monitor utilization effectively.
  • Create and maintain weekly cash flow reports to support informed decision-making.
  • Optimize bank balances and loan usage to reduce interest outflows.
  • Handle consortium and multi-banking arrangements, negotiating terms for charges, rates, and services.
  • Drive adoption of digital banking technologies, including API and host-to-host (H2H) integrations.

    • RBI, DGFT & Statutory Compliance

  • Monitor and resolve open transactions in IDPMS / EDPMS, ensuring timely ORM / IRM knock-offs.
  • Administer Advance & EPCG license compliance, coordinating with DGFT for periodic submissions.
  • Analyze eligibility for export-related incentives and manage their timely surrender when needed.
  • Prepare and submit monthly stock and fund utilization statements to all banking partners.

    • Operational Financial Oversight

  • Generate weekly fund utilization statements to guide spending decisions.
  • Oversee foreign travel currency handling and reconciliation of related expenses.
  • Manage export shipments to Bangladesh and maintain follow-up for B2B payments.
  • Supervise payment processes for Dhaka branch operations including vendor, utility, and office expenses.
  • Ensure on-time e-payments of statutory dues like TDS, IGST, and license application fees.

    • Investments & Debt Management

  • Administer a diversified investment portfolio including mutual funds, arbitrage funds, and fixed deposits.
  • Monitor loan repayment schedules and implement strategies for cost-effective debt servicing.
  • Coordinate with financial institutions to ensure accurate records and on-time processing of obligations.
