Job Purpose :
- Grow the Treasury Sales business catering to treasury clients of SME Segment
- Responsible for FX centric acquisitions along with securing the FX flows to build annuity FX revenues. Key segments to be focused on Smaller MNCs, IT / ITeS, Shipping Logistics along with other Trade Services related cross border flows. Focus to capture large Capital Account cross border flows
- Work in close partnership with GFM Sales Dealers to understand the key Treasury Market product proposition and cross border processes for enhancing client journey
Key Accountibilities :
Client Acquisition - Develop relationship with key intermediaries, ecosystem partners, industry associations and organize events in partnership with themContribute to the Fx Sales budget for TM and achieve individual profit targetsEnhance product, processes delivery capabilities in FX with strong risk management and corporate governance.Strong understanding of FEMA regulations on capital account transactionsOrganize RM Teach in sessions and travelling to key export / import hubs of the state to market FX solutionsBuild strong client relationships; close coordination with GFM Dealer / IBG RM GTS to identify and on-board new relationships for the Bank and deliver client solutionsMaintain a good level of knowledge across all the TM products and offerings along with tracking key market data pointsAs a Team Player, work closely with GFM Dealers and support BU head in collating MIS and reports from time to time.Strictly adhering to all internal and external regulationsBuild DBS Brand Value and enhance network in the location by various marketing activities, collaborations and events.Job Duties Responsibilities :
Coordinate with GFM Dealers on building the FX client dealing base through new acquisitionsWork with various internal stakeholders to understand the product, processes and TATsTo onboard and activate the budgeted New to Bank clients with FX Potential and achieve FX revenues from these clients.Work with clients to bring efficiencies in their treasury processes (digital delivery), build strong markets knowledge required to have focused conversations, coordinating with GFM Dealers to share market updates, product ideas executionMonitoring build up of FX flows from new acquisitions with a focus on increasing wallet shareBuild relationship with market leaders, CA s, Influencer s and Industry association, to be updated on the current market practice and local intelligence.Ensure appropriate Management Information Control systems are in placeBuild relationships with GFM Dealer / IBG / GTS teams to increase TM cross-sell in the portfolio.Requirements :
