Business Development Manager

Job descriptionLead a cross-functional team across sales, marketing, client support and customer success. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies in India to meet performance KPIs and revenue targets. Plan local market expansion initiatives to boost brand presence and acquire clients. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders including Introducing Brokers (IBs), clients, partners and others. Represent the company at industry events, conferences and client meetings. Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes. Significant experience in forex sales and operations within the Indian market. A strong reputation and visible presence in the industry. Proven ability to lead and guide sales teams to achieve ambitious business goals. Deep understanding of the forex industry landscape, client expectations and operational needs. Effective leadership, communication and relationship-building skills. Fluency in English; additional local languages are beneficial. Ability and willingness to travel frequently. Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
