TikTok with predictive insights, cross-platform budget automation, and deep creative
intelligence.
We’re looking for a Demand Generation Specialist who can run high-impact campaigns
targeting US-based prospects, build and manage lead pipelines, and work closely with
leadership to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Plan, execute, and optimize B2B email campaigns to generate qualified leads and
demand.
Create, manage, and iterate HubSpot sequences tailored for different audiencesegments.
Manage cold outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone, ensuring highdeliverability and engagement rates.
2. Lead Generation & Management
Research, build, and enrich lead databases using tools like LinkedIn SalesNavigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
Maintain clean, organized, and actionable CRM data in HubSpot.Segment and prioritize leads for targeted outreach based on ICP criteria.3. Sales Enablement Support
Collaborate closely with the Head of Martech to execute sales sequences andimprove conversion rates.
Assist in creating outbound messaging frameworks aligned with sales goals.Support cold calling efforts, understand sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, SPIN,Challenger) and contribute to call strategies.
4. Reporting & Insights
Track campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, reply rates, SQLconversions) and optimize accordingly.
Provide weekly updates on campaign performance and pipeline health.Requirements
Must-Have Skills & Experience :
2–4 years in demand generation, outbound marketing, or SDR / BDR roles targetingUS markets.
Proven expertise in running email campaigns that generate measurable demand.Strong HubSpot CRM & sequences experience.Hands-on experience with lead building and enrichment tools.Knowledge of outbound sales methodologies and cold outreach best practices.Comfort with working US hours from India (7 PM – 4 AM IST).Nice-to-Have :
Cold calling experience targeting VP / C-level executives.Experience in martech, SaaS, or B2B enterprise sales environments.Familiarity with marketing automation tools, deliverability optimization, andpersonalization strategies.
