Lead Full Stack Developer (India-based) Location : India (Hybrid Bangalore / Chennai preferred)

Were looking for an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to join our India-based engineering team. This role involves leading design and development efforts across backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure layerswhile working closely with global product and engineering stakeholders. Youll be hands-on with code while also mentoring developers, owning technical decisions, and shaping scalable, high-performing software systems.

Ideal candidates bring deep experience in Ruby on Rails or Python / Django, solid frontend skills, and a strong grasp of modern cloud-native development with AWS.

Key Responsibilities Leadership :

• Lead technical design and delivery of backend services and full-stack features
• Collaborate with architects and product stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Serve as SME on core platform components and system architecture decisions
• Drive adoption of engineering best practices : code reviews, testing, performance optimization, and Development :
• Write and review production-quality code in Ruby on Rails and / or Python / Django
• Contribute to frontend development using Implement and optimize database models and queries using PostgreSQL and MySQL
• Build and manage services on AWS (EC2 / ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.)
