Role : Lead and manage the full construction of a large multi-building project from planning to handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage overall construction plans and timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, master planners, engineers, and consultants.
• Manage EPC contractors like L&T, Shapoorji, Tata Projects, etc.
• Oversee approvals, compliance, safety, and quality control.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and contractor bills.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and weekly progress.
• Solve site issues and ensure timely completion of all buildings.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, government departments, and investors.
