Immediate Hiring – Senior Manager – Vendor Management (Only Human Resource Experience)
We are urgently looking for a
Senior Manager – Vendor Management (HR)
to join our team. This is a key strategic role responsible for managing and optimizing relationships with external staffing and talent partners across
FTE, C2H, and short-term project requirements .
Key Responsibilities :
Manage the
end-to-end vendor lifecycle
– from onboarding to performance review and renewal.
Oversee and evaluate
vendor performance, delivery quality, compliance, and competencies .
Work closely with internal HR, talent acquisition, and delivery teams to ensure staffing partners meet workforce requirements on time and with quality.
Collaborate with
Procurement
(who will handle rate negotiations) while focusing on vendor
capabilities, SLAs, TATs, and quality metrics .
Drive continuous improvement in vendor processes, reporting, and governance.
Build strategic partnerships and ensure alignment with business needs.
Ideal Candidate :
8+ years of experience in
vendor management / workforce solutions / staffing partnerships
within HR or talent acquisition.
Strong track record of managing multiple vendors and scaling workforce delivery.
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and governance skills.
Experience in handling both
permanent hiring (FTE)
and
contractual (C2H / project-based)
hiring models.
Location :
Bangalore and Hyderabad.
Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days
Package : 25Lacs to 35lacs.
