Role & Responsibilities
- Build and own a high-quality B2B sales pipeline targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts across technology and hiring functions.
- Conduct outbound prospecting, qualify opportunities, run discovery calls, and close end-to-end commercial deals with hiring managers and HR leaders.
- Develop and execute partnership programs with corporates, staffing teams, and academic institutions to scale employer hiring funnels.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contract terms, and finalise SLAs to ensure clear outcomes and revenue predictability.
- Collaborate with delivery and career teams to align curriculum, placement timelines, and employer expectations for successful customer outcomes.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, deliver reliable sales forecasts, and report on pipeline health and conversion metrics.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
Proven track record in B2B sales or partnerships with demonstrated deal closures in mid-market or enterprise accounts.Experience selling to HR, talent acquisition, or engineering leadership (hiring managers, L&D owners, or TA heads).Strong commercial negotiation and contract management capabilities.Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales tools for pipeline management and forecasting.Excellent business acumen with a focus on consultative sales and value-based selling.Comfort working in an on-site, target-driven environment across Indian time zones.Preferred
