Job Title : Senior Power BI Developer

Location : Noida, India

Experience : 4–6 Years

About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Power BI Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and deploying interactive dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Power BI , data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices, along with hands-on experience managing complex datasets from multiple sources.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.
  • Gather and understand business requirements and translate them into efficient data models and visualizations.
  • Optimize Power BI data models for performance and scalability.
  • Develop DAX queries and calculations to support business KPIs and insights.
  • Integrate Power BI with various data sources such as SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, and cloud data platforms (Azure, etc.).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams to deliver actionable insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports and dashboards.
  • Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and incorporate them into existing solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience developing complex Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and Data Modeling .
  • Experience connecting to multiple data sources (SQL, APIs, Excel, Cloud, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of ETL concepts and data warehousing principles .
  • Ability to work with large datasets and optimize report performance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Power BI Service (publishing, workspaces, gateway configuration).
  • Knowledge of SQL Server or any other relational database is preferred.

    • Good to Have :

  • Experience with Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Synapse, etc.).
  • Exposure to Power Automate or Power Apps .
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
