Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly planning relevant to the role's core functions (e.g., sales, operations, finance, etc.).
- Execute assigned tasks with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Monitor and report on progress, identify gaps, and take corrective actions where necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in relevant systems or tools.
- Provide support in customer or client interactions, as applicable.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and other organizational initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and any relevant regulatory requirements.
Preferred Candidate Profile
0–2 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., sales, finance, operations, etc.).Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Commerce, Computer Science, etc.).Familiarity with tools or systems relevant to the role (e.g., CRM software, Oracle, UiPath, MS Excel).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.Certification(s) in relevant areas (e.g., RPA, Accounting, Sales, etc.) will be an added advantage.Skills Required
