About the Role :

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR functioning.

Key Responsibilities :

✅ Assist in handling HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and documentation

✅ Maintain and update employee records in HRMS

✅ Basic understanding of Labour Laws, PF, ESI, PT, and other statutory compliances

✅ Prepare and manage MIS reports and HR data in MS Excel

✅ Ensure confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR data

✅ Support in employee engagement and team coordination activities

Skills & Requirements :

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
