As a Senior Digital Marketing Associate (SEO & Paid) , you will be a key player in shaping digital presence for ZS products (ZAIDYN and others) and driving success across multiple channels. You will collaborate with a talented team of cross-functional marketers and our digital agency partners to execute product-centric campaigns across channels. Your collaborative spirit and meticulous attention to detail will be essential as you manage and optimize campaigns that resonate with our audience and help achieve our business goals.

What you'll do :

• Collaborative Stakeholder Engagement :  Work hand-in-hand with internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time and in accordance with campaign objectives. Respond promptly to campaign inquiries across the team to ensure everyone is aligned to expectations. Ensure quality across all deliverables.
• Media / Agency Management : Work with our agency partner to execute, and optimize integrated digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, and paid media) to build awareness and drive demand for our ZAIDYN software solution and other platforms.
• Performance Optimization : Analyze campaign performance data (such as impressions, clicks, conversions, etc.) to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimization strategies and insights to improve campaign performance. Implement A / B and multivariate testing to refine ad copy, creatives, and target strategies for maximum impact. Partner with analytics team to build scalable reporting and dashboards that translate data into actionable insights for optimizing campaigns.
• Platform Expertise : Execute Google search console, LinkedIn, Meta, Programmatic (Demandbase) and Google / Bing Ads. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives with a deep understanding of both B2B targeting and product-specific positioning.
• Competitive Analysis : Conduct thorough research and analysis of competitors to inform and refine our paid campaign strategies.

While some projects may be local, all client-facing ZSers should be prepared to travel as needed.
