The Role
We’re looking for a Digital Growth Hacker who is obsessed with execution and outcomes . Not strategy decks. No agency management person, no endless discussions. Real growth, fast.
This role is about getting your hands dirty and owning :
- Social media firepower
- SEO dominance
- Lead generation that fills the BD pipeline
You’ll be the engine that makes INNOFarms.AI impossible to ignore in AgriTech, ClimateTech.
What You’ll Do (Execution, Not Theory)
Social Media HustleRun LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter handles end-to-end aggressively, not slow weeks / months of planning and miss the opportunity.Design and post daily / weekly content (graphics, reels, gifs, product teasers), whatever takes, not looking for a digital agency, or someone else to create content / assets for you.Amplify Founder & leadership branding on LinkedIn.Performance & Lead Gen CampaignsLaunch and optimize ads (LinkedIn).Run landing pages , email campaigns, and WhatsApp drip sequences.Weekly lead-gen reporting : pipeline created, vs conversions.SEO & Content GrowthOwn INNOFarms.AI SEO strategy — from keyword planning to backlinks.Drive organic traffic with blogs, product landing pages, and ranking campaigns.Growth ExperimentsRun A / B tests on creatives, audiences, and channels.Hack new community channels for visibility (Reddit, Quora, niche Agri / Climate forums).Who You Are
1–5 years of hands-on execution in digital marketing, growth, or performance.Can build social creatives yourself (Canva, Adobe, Figma).Have run paid campaigns with real results .Comfortable with analytics tools (GA4, LinkedIn Insights, HubSpot).Hustler mindset : speed >perfection, data >
opinions.
Bonus : Worked in startups, AgriTech, FoodTech, or SaaS .Compensation
