Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to convert them into clients where leads generated by Marketing Team Handle full sales cycle over phone : pitching, objections, follow-ups, and closing Maintain and update CRM with call records, sales data, and customer feedback Collaborate with marketing to align on promotions, offers, and product launches Achieve monthly / quarterly targets and contribute to business growth strategies Leadership to Manage the Team Requirements : 0–2 years of experience in FMCG sales or related sectors.
