This role supports the marketing and product functions by ensuring accurate analytics implementation, campaign tracking, and insightful reporting. The specialist will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making through robust tagging, quality assurance, and measurement practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support day-to-day analytics implementation tasks as part of ongoing business-as-usual activities.
- Collaborate with product teams during new launches to ensure data readiness for smooth operations.
- Work closely with marketing teams to enable accurate tracking for campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Perform rigorous quality assurance of tracking implementations using GA4 and Segment to maintain high standards.
- Support reporting needs through dashboard configuration and ad hoc data analysis.
- Assist in identifying data gaps and help surface actionable insights to drive informed decisions.
- Ensure alignment of tagging strategy across stakeholders and platforms to maximize efficiency.
Required Skills & Competencies :
Proven expertise in GA4 implementation and tag validation processes to ensure accuracy.Working knowledge of Segment.io for event tracking and data routing to facilitate seamless communication.Strong understanding of marketing measurement and user behavior analytics to inform strategic decisions.High attention to detail with a structured QA mindset to maintain high-quality results.Ability to collaborate effectively with external product and marketing teams to foster strong relationships.Strong communication and documentation skills to clearly convey complex information.Experience :
Minimum 5 years of experience in a digital analytics or implementation role.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Direct interaction with external teams, including marketing and product functions across client-side stakeholders.
