Designer BIM Plumbing & Fire

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field 3 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and / or education
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit Intergraph SmartPlant and Plant 3D
• Extensive experience in creating and managing 3D models for complex projects
• Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles
• Excellent knowledge of BIM execution plans and industry best practices
• Proven ability to work autonomously and make high-level decisions
• Demonstrated experience in clash detection and conflict resolution within BIM environments
• Strong communication and presentation skills
