We are seeking skilled Bentley OpenBuildings Designer / AECOsim Modeller with a minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing detailed 3D models and designs using Bentley AECOsim / OpenBuildings software, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and adherence to project specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and deliver detailed 3D models for infrastructure projects using Bentley OpenBuildings Designer / AECOsim software.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and planners to ensure coordinated and clash-free models.
• Interpret and incorporate design data, drawings, and specifications into 3D models.
• Assist in the preparation of construction documentation, drawings, and schedules from the models.
• Perform quality checks to ensure model integrity, accuracy, and compliance with project standards.
• Support project teams in design reviews and presentations using 3D visualizations and walkthroughs.
• Update and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle as required.
• Coordinate with external consultants and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of various design components.
• Stay updated with Bentley software developments and industry best practices to enhance modeling efficiency and quality.
