Role Description

As an expert SAP ABAP, UI5 and FIORI developer he / she should understand business processes and technical architecture of Airbus SAP landscape and define / suggest SAP best practices and Golden rules. Your area of responsibility will extend to deep technology root cause analysis, performance improvement and source code auditing.

The candidate will work in an international, distributed and multi-functional team using an agile

mind-set and methodology.

The candidate will join the ERP CoE Logistics and Planning team providing digital solutions to manage business processes throughout the Airbus group. As such, he / she needs to have a strong customer focus.

Qualification & Experience :

Graduate with 4 to 6 years of experience in ABAP and UI5 Implementation.

At least 2 years of experience, preferably more, in SAP UI5 FIORI application development and Restful Programming Model(RAP) and in-app extensibility

Interfaces : Web services, ALE / IDOC, RFC, Proxies

Able to design, develop, debug interfaces to and from System

Design, develop and maintain custom developments in SAP

Substantial experience in performance tuning programs that are time / resource intensive

Ability to set up new interfaces and solve issues / bugs in existing interfaces.

At least 2 years of experience, preferably more, in SAPUI5 controls and Fiori architecture

Expertise in HTML5, JAVA / J2EE, JQuery, Java Script, JSON and XML.

At least 3 years of Experience in ABAP implementation, Proficient on working on SAP ECC, SAP. Should have worked on all RICEF Objects.

Good problem solving and analytical skills

Customer facing skills. Worked with European customers

Working Experience in Application Managed Services Team.

Basic understanding of Planning and Logistics flows. Basic awareness of modules SD, WM, EWM, PP

Working knowledge of ABAP on HANA concepts like, code push down using

CDS Views, AMDP,Extend Views, Authorization Views etc.

SAP Native HANA development capabilities would be nice to have.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain solutions as per the requirements based on development guidelines.

Understand technical architecture of Airbus SAP landscape

Apply / suggest SAP best practices and Golden rules.

Perform deep dive root cause analysis and performance improvement

Perform source code auditing.

Excellent communication skills as required to engage customers on requirements and

delivery.

Able to Understand the end to end life cycle of the project

Able to work proactively and collaborate with multi-function teams throughout the project

life cycle.

Apply SAP UI5 & Hana best practices and Golden rules and architect recommendation

Excellent communication skills as required to engage customers on requirements and delivery.
