Senior Technology Business Analyst

SUMMARY :

We are seeking a Lead / Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in Cards Retail Banking, specifically with VisionPlus and / or P1C platforms. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and validate business requirements, and to design and deliver high-quality solutions that support card processing systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business analysis practices, project lifecycles, and experience leading teams in Agile and traditional DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Engage with stakeholders to gather, validate, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.

2. Analyse business problems and assess solution impacts across systems and operations.

3. Document scope, objectives, and benefits using structured modelling techniques.

4. Lead strategic planning and contribute to technology direction for card systems.

5. Design and deliver business solutions integrated with VisionPlus and / or P1C.

6. Support implementation, testing, and user acceptance of new products and features.

7. Facilitate workshops and lead cross-functional teams through discovery and delivery phases.

8. Develop and manage product backlogs, user stories, and sprint goals.

9. Apply SQL to support data-driven feature prioritisation and / EXPERIENCE :

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Retail Banking or Cards Domain.
• Hands-on experience with VisionPlus and / or P1C card processing platforms.
• Strong skills in requirement elicitation, process mapping or solution design.
• Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
• Solid understanding of Agile (e.g., LEAN, Kanban) and traditional methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA for Agile project tracking.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels.
• Experience in managing teams and driving delivery outcomes.
• Knowledge of business process re-engineering, data analysis, and change management.
