We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager with a strong track record in B2B marketing, franchise promotions, and HNI lead generation. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, ROI-focused, and hands-on, capable of planning and executing high-value campaigns that generate quality leads for business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Generate high-quality HNI leads and B2B client opportunities in Real Estate, F&B, and franchise sectors.
• Build multi-channel acquisition funnels to maximize lead conversion and ROI.
• Design strategies for franchise marketing campaigns including lead generation, branding, and expansion.
• Manage and optimize campaign budgets for maximum efficiency and results.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
• Collaborate on-site with sales, creative, and operations teams to ensure alignment and fast execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and competitor strategies.
