Role Description

To lead and execute a cohesive, insight-driven social media strategy that strengthens brand presence, drives audience engagement, supports marketing objectives, and delivers measurable growth across platforms for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Planning & Content :

  • Define and oversee monthly / quarterly social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
  • Development of a high-performing content calendar, ensuring consistent storytelling, brand voice, and platform relevance.
  • Identify content opportunities, formats, and trends to boost reach and engagement.

Community & Engagement :

  • Build, nurture, and manage vibrant online communities across all platforms.
  • Ensure fast, professional, and empathetic communication with the audience.
  • Proactively foster brand advocacy through conversations, collaborations, and UGC.

    • Campaigns & Growth Initiatives :

  • Conceptualize and execute organic and paid social campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Drive influencer collaborations, partnerships, and interactive initiatives (contests, giveaways, polls, etc.).

    • Analytics & Performance Optimization :

  • Analyze platform performance, audience behavior, and campaign ROI using native and third-party analytics tools.
  • Present actionable reports and insights for optimization and scaling.

    • Trend Spotting & Brand Reputation :

  • Stay updated with platform algorithm updates, emerging trends, and cultural moments.
  • Integrate relevant trends creatively into the content strategy.
