Job Summary
Admaren is looking for a Senior Manager – OD&E to strengthen our organizational culture, performance, and effectiveness. Reporting to the Head of HR, this role will institutionalize performance management, prepare Admaren for ISO and GPTW certifications, and integrate learning and HR systems to enable a high-performance, people-first culture. Initially, the role will be an individual contributor position, with the opportunity to scale into team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Performance & Organizational Development
Lead the design and execution of PMS frameworks (OKRs, KPIs, review cycles).
Build career development pathways linked to PMS outcomes.
Facilitate change management, manager enablement, and employee adoption.
Culture, Engagement & Certification
Drive initiatives for Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification.
Embed HR policies and SOPs that support a transparent, values-driven culture.
Prepare and align HR operations for ISO certification.
Systems & Effectiveness
Collaborate with consultants on HRMS selection and transition.
Integrate PMS and LMS into HRMS workflows.
Track and report HR effectiveness metrics (engagement, performance, retention).
Learning & Development
Introduce scalable learning programs that reinforce performance.
Align learning interventions with role expectations and career growth.
Required Skills and Qualification
Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field.
6–12 years of HR experience, with strong expertise in
performance management and organization development .
Experience in
designing and implementing PMS frameworks
(OKRs, KPIs, reviews).
Exposure to
ISO / GPTW certifications
or similar organizational audits.
Hands-on experience with
HRMS / LMS systems
and integrating learning with performance.
Strong skills in
policy / process development, change management, and employee engagement .
Excellent
communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management
abilities.
