Role: Executive Sourcing Manager: Leadership Recruitment | Asia Pacific

THE OPPORTUNITY

Join Accenture’s in-house Leadership Recruitment team and shape how we identify and engage Managing Director and Partner-level talent across Asia Pacific. This is a strategic sourcing leadership role for someone who combines executive presence, market insight and disciplined search execution with the initiative to get beyond desktop research and into the market.

THE ROLE

You will work across Australia & New Zealand, South-East Asia, Greater China and Japan, partnering with Executive Recruiters and senior business leaders to translate growth priorities into executive sourcing strategies. You will lead briefing discussions, challenge assumptions and provide informed market insight on talent availability, competitor dynamics and candidate motivations.

Your focus will be senior talent aligned to Accenture's reinvention agenda, including AI & Data, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation and emerging technology capabilities. Success requires commercial judgement, curiosity and a bias for action to uncover executives beyond traditional research channels.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Act as a strategic talent advisor to Executive Recruiters and senior hiring leaders across APAC.

• Lead executive search briefing calls, defining target profiles, markets and search strategies with senior stakeholders.

• Provide a market point of view on talent pools, competitors, candidate motivations and search risks.

• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies for Managing Director and Partner-level appointments aligned to Accenture's growth priorities.

• Move beyond desktop research through proactive networking, referral generation and relationship-led talent identification.

• Apply creative thinking and initiative to uncover talent beyond traditional target companies, titles and channels.

• Assess executive talent, including leadership capability, market relevance, commercial impact and motivation to join Accenture.

• Build and sustain diverse talent pipelines for current and future leadership needs across APAC.

• Create concise market maps, search updates and recommendations that enable informed decision-making.

• Partner closely with Executive Recruiters throughout the search lifecycle, maintaining momentum and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

• Represent Accenture's employee value proposition and leadership opportunities with credibility, discretion and energy.

• Contribute to the evolution of executive sourcing practices, tools and market intelligence across the regional and global team.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• Senior stakeholders view you as a credible, well-prepared advisor who improves search strategy and decision quality.

• You consistently uncover high-calibre, diverse and previously untapped executive talent through direct market engagement and strong networks.

• Your market insight is current, specific and actionable, and you are comfortable challenging assumptions when the evidence points elsewhere.

• You create momentum across multiple complex searches while maintaining discretion, quality and an exceptional executive candidate experience.

Ultimately you contribute meaningful results through directly sourcing leadership candidates who develop successful careers at Accenture

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Demonstrated experience in executive sourcing, executive search or senior leadership recruitment, ideally across Asia Pacific.

• Strong executive presence and the confidence to engage Managing Directors, Partners and senior business leaders.

• A track record of developing and executing search strategies for complex or hard-to-fill leadership roles.

• Ability to translate research into insight and influence stakeholders through a credible market point of view.

• A proactive, externally oriented sourcing style built on personal networking, referrals and creative talent origination.

• Knowledge of executive talent markets across technology and consulting.

• Strong communication skills, including executive updates, candidate assessments and market presentations.

• Commercial acumen, intellectual curiosity and comfort operating in ambiguity within a complex global organisation.

• Exceptional discretion, stakeholder management, project management and attention to detail.

• Experience with search platforms, professional networks and applicant tracking systems. WorkDay experience is advantageous.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5 years experience delivering executive sourcing or leadership recruitment assignments, including direct engagement with senior candidates and hiring leaders.

• Experience in an executive search firm, a specialist search environment or an in-house executive recruiting team, with exposure to technology or consulting markets across APAC.
