About the Role

We are looking for a Founder's Office Intern to work closely with the leadership team on high-impact business initiatives, strategic projects, research, and day-to-day execution. This role offers exposure to business strategy, operations, sales, finance, and cross-functional projects .

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Founder and leadership team on strategic initiatives.
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research and prepare insights.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, dashboards, and business analysis.
• Track key business metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
• Coordinate with different teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
• Identify operational gaps and suggest process improvements.
• Support special projects and ad-hoc business requirements.
• Maintain project trackers and provide regular updates to leadership.

Requirements

• MBA/PGDM students or graduates preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills .
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint .
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Highly proactive, organized, and comfortable taking ownership.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
