Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant - Remote (Dubai)

We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant to provide technical support and development across Oracle Fusion SaaS and PaaS Cloud applications remotely for our client in Dubai .

This role requires strong technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud, with approximately 70% focus on technical development and 30% focus on functional support , particularly across Finance and Procurement modules.

This is a contract role in the organization and sits in the Technical Centre of Excellence department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full-cycle technical and functional support across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
• Work primarily across Oracle Fusion Financials, with exposure to Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay processes, along with Procurement modules.
• Support Oracle Fusion Procurement functions, including Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal and Self-Service Procurement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and system designs.
• Develop and maintain technical components, including BI Reports, interfaces and integrations.
• Build reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View and Financial Reporting Studio.
• Develop and support integrations using OIC, Oracle APIs, File-Based Data Import, ADFDI, APEX and VBCS.
• Use PL/SQL for developing technical components and interfaces.
• Work hands-on with Oracle Process Cloud / Oracle Process Automation (PCS/OPA).
• Guide the integration and development of packaged and in-house applications.
• Review and assess technical changes associated with Oracle Fusion Cloud releases.
• Maintain user stories and related documentation in Jira and ServiceNow.
• Manage and escalate Oracle Service Requests when required.
• Produce and maintain documentation for solution design, training and application administration.

Knowledge, skills & experience:

• 5–10 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud, including at least two full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Strong techno-functional experience, with approximately 70% technical and 30% functional exposure.
• Experience in Oracle Fusion Financials, particularly Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay processes, as well as Procurement.
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion SCM would be advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Process Cloud / Oracle Process Automation (PCS/OPA).
• Strong experience in developing BI Reports, integrations and interface components using PL/SQL, OIC, APEX and VBCS.
• Good understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP table structures across Financials, Procurement and SCM.
• Experience with Oracle reporting tools, including OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View and Financial Reporting Studio.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Experience maintaining technical and functional documentation.
