What You'll Work On

• Build modern, responsive, and highly interactive user interfaces
• Develop and maintain frontend applications across our Talent Cloud platform
• Translate product requirements and design systems into scalable UI components
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services
• Improve application performance, responsiveness, and user experience
• Build reusable components and maintain UI consistency across products
• Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams during feature development
• Debug issues, optimize performance, and maintain high-quality code standards
• Contribute to frontend architecture discussions and implementation decisions

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in frontend development
• Strong knowledge of:
• HTML5
• CSS3
• JavaScript (ES6+)
• TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with:
• React.js
• Next.js (preferred)
• Experience working with:
• REST APIs
• State management libraries
• Responsive design principles
• Familiarity with:
• Git and version control workflows
• Component-based architecture
• Performance optimization techniques
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and attention to detail
• Exposure to cloud platforms and deployment concepts is a plus
• Experience with AI-powered products or modern frontend tooling is a bonus
• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment
