About the Role :

We are looking for an Engineering Manager with deep technical experience and a strong understanding of healthcare or life sciences domains like oncology (preferred), diagnostics, or precision medicine.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong leader who has grown from a hands-on development background and is passionate about building robust, cloud-native solutions in a fast-paced and mission-driven environment.

This role will lead and scale engineering teams delivering highly impactful, compliant, and scalable systems that power our clinical workflows, diagnostic products, and AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership & Strategy :

• Architect and drive the development of scalable, cloud-native applications that support healthcare workflows (oncology, diagnostics, etc.) while ensuring compliance, security, and safe handling of sensitive clinical data.
• Champion best practices in CI / CD, automated testing, observability, and DevOps.
