Senior Technical Manager of Artificial Intelligence

This role combines technical excellence with leadership, project management & technical ownership. This role demands deep technical expertise across cloud infrastructure, APIs, data engineering and enterprise connectivity; with hands-on experience in troubleshooting, DevOps, and cross-platform integration.

You will lead the design, integration, testing, and deployment of Agentic AI applications. You will be engaged in strategic planning, technical design, and cross-functional execution of the AI solution builds. You’ll act as a bridge between product owners, operations leaders and technical teams, ensuring that the project moves speedily from design to deployment. It shall be your responsibility to ensure the Agentic AI solutions have a robust technical construct; and that the solutions adhere to the design & governance standards defined by the product owners & security guidelines of the organization.

You will work collaboratively with :

AI Engineers & Data Scientists – to define agent capabilities and validate performance

Product Managers & UX Designers – to align features with user needs

Enterprise Architects & DevOps Teams – to ensure scalability and deployment efficiency

Business Stakeholders & SMEs – to define use cases and measure impact

Change Management Teams – to support adoption and training

Responsibilities

Drive the technical roadmap for Agentic AI solutions in the Data Integration & Architecture Services.

Participate in AI Agent design discussions, contributing technical knowledge / expertise, design logic and perspectives on application integration

Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and architecture teams to ensure a robust build of Agentic AI solutions

Implement Agentic AI solution integrations across Databricks, ServiceNow, SAP, Snowflake, Mulesoft

Troubleshoot integration failures and lead resolution efforts with internal and external stakeholders

Manage access provisioning, bug fixes, and deployment blockers

Architect containerized applications with secure connectivity to backend services

Oversee the API development and integration testing

Oversee the Build of web applications with browser and MS Teams compatibility

Oversee UI and backend deployments in SIT / UAT / Production environments

Oversee the build of CI-CD pipelines using Azure DevOps

Implement authorization code flows and manage access tokens for user profile extraction

Coordinate with cloud engineering teams to provision secure access to the developers engaged in the solution build

Participate in strategic planning for release cycles and resource allocation.
