AGM - Manufacturing (CNC Machine Shop / High-Precision Engine Components)
ROLE PURPOSE: Lead a large-scale CNC Machine Shop manufacturing high-precision engine components for leading OEM / Tier-1 customers, with complete ownership of Production, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Productivity and Safety.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end CNC Machine Shop operations and deliver daily/monthly/annual production plans.
- Drive OEE, machine utilisation, throughput, cycle-time and line-balancing improvements.
- Lead capacity, manpower, machine loading and production planning aligned with customer demand.
- Reduce rejection, rework, downtime, tooling, consumables, overtime and conversion cost.
- Drive CNC process improvement through automation, poka-yoke, tooling optimisation and cycle-time reduction.
- Ensure robust control of process parameters, tooling, fixtures, gauges and machining quality.
- Lead Lean, TPM, Kaizen, Six Sigma and structured RCA/CAPA initiatives.
- Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, PPC and Purchase to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Ensure compliance with IATF/ISO, customer-specific requirements, EHS and shop-floor standards.
- Build strong supervisors, engineers and operators and establish a performance-driven shop-floor culture.
- Drive data-based decision-making, accountability and continuous improvement across the Machine Shop.
