Salesforce Technical Architect - Pan India

Desired Candidate :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 10+ years of experience in a leading role in Salesforce projects, 3+ years of experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions in complex environments.
• Strong Salesforce solution design experience specifically in the Service cloud and Sales Cloud and the ability to work in an agile manner in order to turn around / develop Solution fast and effectively in a short period of time.
• Proven experience of working in a fast paced environment, supporting the business in its adoption and progressing with solution design / build with sufficient control in place.
• Skilled in Core Salesforce cloud configuration and customisation (Service and Sales), declarative and programmatic Salesforce tooling, and integrating with 3rd party systems.
• Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and problem solving skills.
• Partner with development teams to deliver project objectives through iterative delivery by offering expertise in solution design;
• Ensure defined Salesforce CRM architecture roadmap aligns with enterprise standards.
• Analyze new requests and define non-functional requirements and create solution design and architecture.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas in approachable terms tailored for varied audiences
• Ability to independently identify experience challenges
• Ability to lead other UX practitioners
• Proven history of approachable, constructive relationships with UX practitioners, internal stakeholders, and customers
• In-depth knowledge of the Customer Success Customer Support functions
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Familiar with Agile methodologies to manage and deliver projects efficiently and effectively
