Technical Architect - Salesforce

As a Salesforce Technical Architect at Horizontal Digital, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions for our clients. Youll be responsible for technical architecture across the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring that solutions meet both business and technical requirements.

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are open to applicants who are willing to relocate.

Were looking for a hands-on architect who can operate as a player / coach. In this role, youll guide development teams while actively participating in technical design, solution reviews, and delivery.

Youll collaborate across functional, technical, integration, and data workstreams, and communicate solution choices clearly to both business and IT stakeholders.

This role requires strong Salesforce technical and system integration expertise, along with a mindset focused on learning and continuous improvement.

What youll do :

• Design and own end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, and industry-specific clouds
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional leads to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Evaluate and design integration patterns between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware
• Ensure all solutions align with enterprise architecture standards for scalability, security, and performance
• Guide development teams through design reviews, best practices, and code quality oversight
• Define API standards and data models to support a well-architected approach
• Support pre-sales activities through solutioning, effort estimation, and architecture advisory
• Create and maintain technical documentation including ERDs, sequence diagrams, and architecture blueprints
