Security Supervisor

GVK Emergency Management and Research Institute (GVK EMRI) is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations. If you're a proactive individual with a keen eye for safety and security, we encourage you to apply.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day security operations to ensure the safety and security of premises, assets, and personnel.
• Monitor surveillance equipment and respond promptly to alarms or incidents.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify and address potential security risks.
• Manage and train security guards, ensuring adherence to security protocols and procedures.
• Prepare and submit detailed incident reports and daily logs.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
• Implement and enforce security policies and procedures as directed by management.
• Respond to emergency situations such as medical emergencies, fires, or disturbances.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Education: Any Graduate.
• Proven experience in a security supervision role, preferably within an NGO, social services, or similar industry.
• Strong understanding of security protocols, risk assessment, and incident management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Relevant security certifications (e.g., in security management, first aid) are a plus.
