Job Description :

• 10 years of experience managing IT Infrastructure or Endpoint Management programs within large enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience delivering programs involving Tanium or similar platforms (e.g., BigFix, SCCM, CrowdStrike).
• Expertise in infrastructure domains such as network modernization, cloud transformation (AWS / Azure), virtualization, and automation.
• Strong command of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) applied in infrastructure and IT Ops.
• Deep understanding of ITSM / ITIL, patch management, compliance frameworks (NIST, CIS), and endpoint lifecycle operations.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently while navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master, or ITIL.
• Hands-on experience delivering programs involving Tanium or similar platforms (e.g., BigFix, SCCM, CrowdStrike).
• Deep understanding of ITSM / ITIL, patch management, compliance frameworks (NIST, CIS), and endpoint lifecycle operations.
• Familiarity with observability platforms (e.g., Cisco FSO, Splunk, Grafana) and modern security architectures (Zero Trust, CIS Benchmarks).
• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; master s degree a plus.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master, or ITIL.
• Familiarity with observability platforms (e.g., Cisco FSO, Splunk, Grafana) and modern security architectures (Zero Trust, CIS Benchmarks).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across all levels.
