Chatbot Developer

Position Overview : As a Chatbot Developer at Bradsol, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining chatbot solutions using the Kore.ai platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and create chatbots that deliver seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities : Key Requirements :

• Hands on experience of 1 to 3 years Kore.ai Bots platform
• Overall experience of 4 to 6 Years in IT.
• Proven expertise in integrating Kore.ai platform with other messaging and IVR channels
• Must have atleast handled 2 to 3 full implementations of a chat bot – Designing the flows to building them and deploying them.
• Must have strong expertise in Node.js.
• Working knowledge on JSON, Redis / MongoDB, Web Sockets.
• Experience in Web Services using REST, SOAP.
• Good knowledge of code documentation and handover.
• Excellent Communication skills
